Bloody Awesome!

Much better than my method.

I'll be changing.

Tip:

Use NetRestore to make your image file. It compresses the contents and that is really helpful when you start to make images for Tiger, Leopard and Snow Leopard on 2 drive. It also processes the images for multicast restoring to many machine at once.

Hi Andrew,
Mikogo appears to require setting up an account on the website. I'm trying to avoid this for customer support as it slows things down when I'm trying to do remote support. All I really want is to connect in and resolve a problem without waiting for my customer to sign up for an account.

Hi David,
Have you used Mikogo when remotely connecting with a customer? This is an easy-to-use app and you can use it for remote support or web conferencing - share you screen with up to 10 people simultaneously. And it's free for commercial use. If you're interested in more details, please feel free to contact me.

Cheers,

Andrew Donnelly
